• Review the required document checklist at the following link: Universal Tax Filer Document Checklist.
• Gather the necessary documents listed and:
• Upload them to Dashboard → Upload Documents if registered, or
• Email them directly to tax@universaltaxfiler.com.
• Once your documents are submitted, we will confirm receipt and proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Tax Preparation & Review
• Once your tax return preparation is complete, our team will schedule a follow-up call to explain your tax return in detail.
• During the call, we will:
• Provide a clear explanation of your tax return.
• Answer any questions you may have.
• Offer additional insights, advice, or recommendations tailored to your situation.
Step 7: Post-Filing Support
• Contact us anytime for questions or assistance regarding your tax returns at tax@universaltaxfiler.com or +1 (949) 431-2999.
• Check your bank account regularly for refunds or payments. You can track refund status via this link.
• Our 24/7 Support Team is here to assist with any IRS correspondence or additional needs.
Step 2: Login/Register (Optional)
• If you prefer to use our online platform, create an account by clicking the “Login” button at the top-right corner of this page.
• Log in and update your profile under Dashboard → Profile to streamline the process.
• Skip this step? You can email your documents directly to us at tax@universaltaxfiler.com, and we’ll handle the rest.
Step 4: Schedule a Call with a Tax Expert
• After reviewing your documents, our tax experts will schedule a consultation to address any questions, provide personalized tax advice, and discuss ways to optimize your tax filings.
• Need additional help? Reach out anytime via customer service for assistance.
Step 6: E-Filing
• After approving the draft summary, E-file signature authorization documents will be sent to your dashboard or email.
• Review and digitally sign the documents to authorize us to e-file your tax return.
• Once signed, we will securely submit your tax return via E-filing.
