Universal Tax Filer is an initiative of SLS Solutions LLC, based in Katy, Texas and serving clients across all fifty states. We have been preparing U.S. returns since 2017 for individuals, freelancers, visa holders and small businesses.
What we believe
Most people do not find tax filing difficult because the arithmetic is hard. They find it difficult because nobody explains what is happening, the price changes at the end, and the person who prepared the return is unreachable by the time a letter arrives.
We built the practice around fixing those three things specifically: one named preparer who owns your return, a fee agreed in writing before any work starts, and a team that answers the phone in October as readily as in April.
Credentials
Returns are prepared and reviewed by Enrolled Agents, CPAs and Chartered Accountants. Enrolled Agents are federally licensed by the IRS and can represent taxpayers in all fifty states, which is why we are able to handle audits and notices for returns we did not prepare.
A note for the rebuild
This section should carry real names, credentials and photographs of your preparers. For a firm asking strangers to email W-2s and Social Security numbers, named people with verifiable credentials are the single strongest trust signal available — and almost no competitor bothers.
