The people who prepare your return
You are assigned one preparer who owns your file from the first call to the day it is filed — and a second qualified reviewer who checks their work before it reaches you.
This page needs your real people
The structure below is ready — it needs names, photographs, credentials and PTIN or licence details for each preparer. For a firm asking strangers to send Social Security numbers and income records, named professionals with verifiable credentials are the single strongest trust signal available, and almost no competitor publishes them. This is the highest-value page on the site that only you can finish.
What the credentials mean
Enrolled Agent (EA)
Federally licensed by the IRS, with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before it in all fifty states. The credential requires passing a three-part examination on individual and business taxation and representation, plus continuing education every year. It is the reason we can take on audits and notices for returns we did not prepare.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
State-licensed, with examination, education and experience requirements, and also able to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Chartered Accountant (CA)
The equivalent professional qualification in India and several other jurisdictions. On our cross-border work it means somebody on your file reads Form 16 and Form 26AS as fluently as a W-2.
How work is allocated
You are matched to a preparer by situation rather than by whoever is free. Cross-border returns go to preparers who do them constantly; business returns go to preparers who work in books all year. Everything is then reviewed independently by a second qualified person before it reaches you.
What working with us is actually like
Reviewed twice, every time
One preparer builds your return and a second qualified reviewer checks it independently before you ever see it.
A real person who knows your file
The same preparer from your first call to the year you sell a house and need advice. You never re-explain yourself.
We answer in October too
Filing season is when most firms disappear. IRS letters, mortgage copies, planning questions — reach us year-round.
Nothing filed without your approval
We walk through the finished return with you line by line. It only goes to the IRS once you say so.
